Farhan Jamalvy is a journalist-turned-filmmaker and educationist from Karachi, Pakistan. He is a CrossCulture Fellow of the IFA, Germany (2017).
Jamalvy penned the dialogues and wrote additional scenes for Albela Rahi, Pakistan’s upcoming feature film based on the life and music of legendary pop star Alamgir, starring Fawad Khan in the titular role. It's Fog Catcher Films Production.

Farhan is a Mass Comm graduate from University of Karachi, and a Certified TEVT Skill Developer trained by the GIZ-IST - a joint venture between Germany and Pakistan.
He has previously taught workshops at the Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture, Bahria University, Arena Multimedia, Rangoonwala Community Centre and Prism Youth Development Initiative, Hyderabad.
